This Brilliant White Over The Top Royal Icing mix is a professional quality blend that is milled in Australia. Over The Top royal icing mix is super fine with excellent elasticity for detailed extension and trellis piping techniques, and will also give you the perfect smooth coating.

This products is Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Nut Free. Allergens: Contains Egg

YOU WILL NEED: 4 Tablespoons water

PROCESS:

  1. Place mix into a bowl. If using an electric mixer, select the beater attachment.
  2. Add the water and beat for 6-9 minutes. If necessary, continue to add more water, 1 teaspoon at a time.
  3. Beat the icing until it reaches a stiff peak consistency.

COLOURING: Royal Icing can be coloured using compatible food colours.

STORAGE: Excess royal icingcan be stored in an airtight container for a few days but reember to rebeat before use. Dried decorations can last for a very long time if stored in a covered container.
