500g mix will make:

  • one 6" x 4" cake; or 
  • 12 standard cupcakes. 

Add these 4 Ingredients: 2 x Eggs, 150ml Water, 100ml Canola Oil and 100g White Chocolate.

Baking Instructions: 

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 130 degrees
  2. Empty dry mix, 100ml canola oil, 150ml water, 100g white chocolate and 2 eggs into a mixing bowl
  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined
  4. Add cake mixture to lined tin
  5. Bake in oven for 60-70 minutes (cooking time varies with ovens

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
