500g mix will make:
- one 6" x 4" cake; or
- 12 standard cupcakes.
Add these 4 Ingredients: 2 x Eggs, 150ml Water, 100ml Canola Oil and 100g White Chocolate.
Baking Instructions:
- Preheat fan forced oven to 130 degrees
- Empty dry mix, 100ml canola oil, 150ml water, 100g white chocolate and 2 eggs into a mixing bowl
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined
- Add cake mixture to lined tin
- Bake in oven for 60-70 minutes (cooking time varies with ovens
