Gel Based Colour
Gel based food colouring is a highly concentrated food colouring which produces a strong effect using a tiny amount. Because it is so concentrated you only need a small amount which will not change the consistancy of the icing. You can also mix colours to create a wide range of different shades. We always recommend starting with a small amount of colouring and add on to create the required colour shade. We currently stock Sprinks gel based colour in a wide range of colours.
