Your order will be delivered via Australia Post, whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature will not be requested upon delivery, unless requested at time of order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched. Orders are only shipped once payment has been confirmed and received. Orders placed on a Public Holidays will be shipped the next business day. All orders are trackable across the Australia Post network using the tracking number provided when your order is dispatched. FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer a free delivery service within Penrith area. If your delivery address falls in 2745, 2747, 2749, 2750, 2751 & 2773  you can take advantage of our contactless free delivery service. If you choose this option on checkout your order will be delivered to you within 24 hours. There is a $30 minimum order requirement. Once your order is confirmed and paid, a member from our team will contact you to confirm a delivery time.

PICK UP
We are online store only, however we do offer a click and collect option for all customers. Order do need to be place via our website and the pick up option should be selected when checking out. Once your order is confirmed and paid, a member from our team will contact you to confirm a collection time.  

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders placed will be dispatched as soon as possible but never later then the next business day, and once payment has been made. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details once the order has been shipped. Please order ahead and select Express Post at checkout if you need products quickly.
