The perfect icing! This Over the Top Professional Series Silky Smooth Icing is a Swiss-Meringue style frosting. The luxurious ready-to-use icing promises a Silky Smooth texture & a glossy shine, making it ideal for flawless cake covering and piping. Smoother and lighter pure white icing for icing cakes and cupcakes, piping flowers and for cake crunb coats.
Silky Smooth White icing has a natural vanilla flavour and a mildly sweetened formula. Not only is it easy to flavour and colour, it is also lower in oils & fats than other icings, therefore, easier to use and much easier to clean up after decorating. Pure White in colour with no added titanium dioxide.

Store in a cool dry place, ideally below 22degrees. Once opened keep sealed buttercream in the refrigerator for up to 6 months. It has an extended shelf life of 15 months from manufacture.
