Sprinks isomalt crystals is a reduced calorie sweetner used to make hard candy and pulled-sugar items. Make your own sugar diamonds, edible gems, pulled sugar, blown sugar and as a sugar substitute in baking.

Place the isomalt crystals in a heat proof container and place in the microwave. Slowly heat for short periods of time until completely melted. If you wish to colour the mixture we recommend you used gel colouring at this point. If no colour is added, the candy will hardn clear. Pour the melted isomalt into your favourite silicone mould and wait for it to set. Once it has set turning the isomalt decorations out of the mould.

We always recommend warning think heat proof cloves when handling as isomalt is extremely hot.
