Snowflake Silicone Mould

Create snowflakes for any Frozen wonderland or Christmas themed creation using this snowflake silicone mould. It is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionery and complies to FDA regulations. For best results use with flowerpaste, modelling paste, fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more. 

This snowflake mould is approximate 9cm in width and 8cm in height with 10 different snowflake design cavities. Sizes approx. Small - 1.5cm, Medium - 2cm and Large - 3cm. 

For best details, tap in small amount of paste with a small rolling pin. Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the silicone mould. For easy release, the silicone moulds can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
