This super fine royal icing is an excellent icing medium for fine detail on cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Use it as a glue to attach flowers to your masterpieces. Pipe fine royal icing onto shapes such as roses and use them as decorative elements on your cakes.

Instructions:
Mix 500g of dry royal icing mix with 80ml of water. Beat until the icing stands in peaks at medium speed. For flow icing add 15ml to every 1/2 cup of royal icing prepared as above. Mix by hand.
