This super fine royal icing is an excellent icing medium for fine detail on cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Use it as a glue to attach flowers to your masterpieces. Pipe fine royal icing onto shapes such as roses and use them as decorative elements on your cakes.

Instructions: Sift dry royal icing mix into a mixing bowl. Aff 75ml of water and beat until the icing stands in peaks at medium speed. or until the required consistency is achieved. If the mixture becomes too thick, add more water and mix.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Storage life for up to 24months when kept in the right conditions. (15-25Degrees)
